“We can’t say enough nice things about how Marshall, Luis, his crew and all the work they did for fully gutting and remodeling the Master bath, the Family bath and the Powder room. Also restructuring the Master bedroom closet so it looks nicer and updated. “I've worked with Marshall and his crew from Garden State Renovations for a number of years now. A few years ago he completed my exterior with vinyl siding and pavers on my patio and porch. Now we're working on adding an extension as well as redoing my kitchen and relocating my bath. The borough where I live is very strict with zoning and impervious coverage stipulations, and these are roadblocks in which I'm not too familiar with. Marshall exhibited a great deal of patience helping me cut through the red tape with multiple plan revisions, handling the permit process and scheduling. ”I had some issues with my New Jersey rental property, specifically it needed a new bathroom and kitchen. Also previous tenant punched holes in the sheet rock walls and scratched my hardwood floors. Marshall and his team made an appointment and actually showed up on time, whereas none of the other contractors I called returned my calls. Marshall spent almost an hour with me detailing what needed to be done specifically suited for a rental property, and under my budget as well. Two days later I was emailed a professionally typed up free estimate.
To make a long story short, I put off the rehab till my tenants leave the premises. But I am giving Garden State Renovations a 5 star rating because they answered my call, were courteous, showed up on time and spent time with me. They gave me a written free estimate and answered up my follow up call. As someone in sales I appreciated it. As soon as the tenants are out I'm giving the home repair work to Garden State Renovations.”

“‘We used Garden State Renovations on the recommendation of a neighbor when we moved in to our 1935 house in Interlaken/Asbury Park. A lot of the house was original, and the floors need to be removed and redone with a lot of infrastructure replacement and poured footings in the basement. Tim F. was the GC, and I cannot say enough about him and his crew. They not only redid the floors-- and they are gorgeous-- but they redid both bathrooms and the kitchen, each with intricate tile design. Tim is very special because he understands the look we were going for and doublechecked if he felt something seemed off. I changed two paint colors after we spoke-- Tim was right. The project took 5 months, and they were here everyday. I feel incredibly lucky to have found this company so quickly after we moved in. The place looks amazing, and all of the work-- plumbing, electrical, flooring, drywall, paint, interior doors, all came out beautiful. I highly recommend them. Call Marshall and ask for Tim to be the GC.”
