We're getting more and more clients who are using our preventative maintenance services for preventing disasters in the event of heavy rains and winds. Our last hurricane resulted in flooded basements with no electricity to run drainage pumps.

Unfortunately, we have had our fair share of hurricanes and storms in New Jersey and really need to prepare our homes accordingly. Some examples of work we are doing to counteract those problems should they arise again are: winterizing homes, installing new sump pumps with non-electrical backup systems, building French drains, doing new gutter work, installing gas powered generators, replacing wood studs with steel studs, removing mold, and other work pertaining to flood damage.
